L3 Linux SupportEngineer

Responsibility/ SkillSet: 

Experience: 9+ years including 3+ years with AWS / in Linux / Unix Server andApplication administration, implementation, troubleshooting. 
Must have hands on experience supporting clients who have an AWS environment.
Must have experience of working in a Remote Infrastructure Management Company /Team at the level of L2/L3
Must have experience in working in an ITIL Ticket based Incident managementenvironment.
Experience supporting Private Cloud, such as OpenStack, is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical degree
Must possess good problem solving and communication skills.
Must excel working in team environment
Ability to create technical document / White papers.
Should have good verbal & written skill.
RHEL Certification / Any certifications related to Linux and scripting
