Diagnose issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions
Identifies and suggest opportunities to improve the process thereby increasing service experience
Alert supervisors when there is an absence of information in the knowledgebase
Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customer situation
Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager

Pre-requisites
Degree holder in any non-technical streams.
Minimum 0-6 Months of experience in Domestic and international customer supportĀ 
Typing speed with a minimum of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
