Act as academic advisers and help students who are having difficulty selecting a major or identifying career goals.
Observe students in classroom settings and during recreational activities to determine individual skills and identify potential academic development issues.
Conduct aptitude tests and communicate students' strengths and weaknesses to their teachers and parents.
Monitor student's academic performance and attendance and facilitates appropriate interventions. 
Help students to select colleges, apply for financial aid and & assist in the application process. 
 Requirements:

Candidate should have Graduate or Master's degree.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience from any reputed school.
