This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful operations of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Works in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support as and when required basis Maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times should have good verbal and written communication skills should be able to provision/ DE provision IDs in different applications (e.g. active directory, exchange, SAP etc.) well within defined SLA.
