Must have Skills : IAM tool Administration Good to Have Skills : Job Description Additional Comments : 1 Active Directory Management / User Provisioning IT operation Associate Role: Managed Security Operations Job Title: IT Operation Associate Career Level: G Job Summary The Security Analyst/ Security Senior Analyst role will be primarily responsible for the daily operations of IAM related tasks / user provisioning task i.e. ID creation, deletion, Access management and other associated tasks. This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful operations of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Works in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support as and when required basis Maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times should have good verbal and written communication skills should be able to provision/ DE provision IDs in different applications (e.g. active directory, exchange, SAP etc.) well within defined SLA.
