Work Location: Bangalore 
SAP SOLMAN- Functional (Innovation SOLMAN)

Required Skills: 
Must have worked on implementation of SOLMAN 7.1 using CHARMs.
Must have worked on Template Management, Incident Management, Solution Documentation, and CHARMs.
We are keenly looking at resources having good implementation (hands-on) experience in CHARM, BPMon, CSOL, DGP, Incident Management and Solution Documentation.
SAP Solution Manager functional consultant with implementation and rollout experience. Should have minimum 5 years of experience and should have worked on various modules of SolMan CHaRM Incident Management Problem Management Service request management SCOUT.
CHARM- Cross System Object locking and downgrade protection knowledge 
Extensive experience in SAP Solution Manager, and specialization in Application Life Cycle
Management using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 
Experience on Technical Monitoring/Business Process monitoring 
Strong Prior experience working in Run SAP like a Factory approach of Solution Manager 
Knowledge of ITIL support processes, preferred ITIL Certification
Responsibilities: 
Knowledge of Project Management and implementation of Template Management and Roll Out functionality 
Implementation of ALM functionalities based on ITIL framework 
Knowledge and hands on experience of implementation of Change Request Management using Solution Manager 7.1 
Knowledge of Cross System Object locking functionality of Solution Manager ChaRMs functionality. 
Knowledge of Quality Gate Management 
Knowledge of Test Management and implementation of Testing Management in collaboration of BPCA, Prepare test plan for validating the configured scenarios in Solman 
Implementation and maintenance of BPM and Business Process Analytics dashboards 
Knowledge of Solution Documentation Assistant and exposure to Reverse Business Process Engineering. 
Landscape Management Database (LMDB/SMSY) - experience needed to include full proficiency with landscape component management such as systems, products, logical components, project assignment, and solution assignment. 
Configure end-to-end root cause analysis and tool for load testing 

Preferred Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
