We are looking for Virtualization Administrator at Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi & Noida with 5 to 8 years of experience possessing the following skills:Position Virtualization AdministratorLevel L2 & L3 SupportSeniority level Associate / Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full timeJob Function Data Center ManagementIndustry Information Technology & ServicesEducation B.E/ B. tech / Diploma / Any UGReporting to Project leadWindows Support 24/7Job Description:• Manage VM s using VMware virtual center Experience and handling 600 VMware servers• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)- server Build (Windows server2003/2008/2012)• Responsible for DNS, Domain Controller, Active Directory organizational unit, role migration, group policy• Configuration, user creation, deletion (Windows2008 R2,2012) file server, print server, windows cluster of Global infra• Experience in capacity Planning/server consolidation/Virtualization of HW reeducation Installation, configuration• And administration of components in VMware infrastructure• Installation and configuration of virtual machines in an SAN environment• Monitoring of VM s & ESXI servers (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization)• Managing VMs, VM cloning, Snapshot and other operations from VM Ware ESXi server• Installation, configuration and administration of components in VMware Infrastructure• Installing and configuration Hyper-V Host, clustering and SCVMM• Creating and Managing the storage for Hyper-V Host experience in capacity planning/server consolidation/• Virtualization of HW Reduction• Knowledge on deploying and managing virtual Machines using Virtual Centre through OVF/OVA• Experience in VMotion, HA, DRS, FT Feature• Performing ESXI, V Center upgrade remediation, VMware, Hyper V Snapshot, Clone, templates, P2V,V2V• Replication, virtual server deployment and resource management as per project Needs• Performing snapshots, cloning, cloud Migration and Hot/Cold Migration and templates• Design & Implementation of SAN and direct attached storage system and configuration (Data Store)• Creation of Venter clusters, Distributed Virtual switches, Disturbed port groups• Multiple Migration Done on P2V & V2V• Experience in Hyper V2012 configuration, troubleshooting, Failover cluster, Hot Add Disk• Integration components, Virtual Switch, SCVMM, PRO, DO, CSV, Co-Ordinator Node, VM affinity, clone, template, VM Servicing tool and Snapshot• Familiar Hyper V 2012 R2 VHD, VHDX, Pass through Disk, Dynamic Disk, check point, Live Migration, quick storage Migration, Quick storage Migration, Share storage, VALN, Backup, restore NUMA, Expand disk and volume.Required Candidate profile• 5 to 8 years of VMware experience• Certification in Windows/VMware.• Good understanding of VMware, hyper- V migration concepts and tools• An acute understanding of the hosting industry & Cloud• Knowledge in ITIL process.• Willing to work in 24/7 support• Ability to communicate fluently in English
