Salary : - 96,000/- to 1,80,000/- Per annum (CTC)
Job Description
- Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications & coordination.
- Serves client by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming client orders; keeping client informed of status.
- Forwarding training material to client.
- Travel booking & follow up for client.
- Dispatch and collecting courier items. Register maintaining.
- Coordinating & communicating with “Admin” & “Finance” department time to time.
- Make online schedule for client.
- MIS updating & maintaining for all valuable records.
- Maintains supplies by checking items; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; items.
