Job Description

  • Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications & coordination.
  • Serves client by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming client orders; keeping client informed of status.
  • Forwarding training material to client.
  • Travel booking & follow up for client.
  • Dispatch and collecting courier items. Register maintaining.
  • Coordinating & communicating with “Admin” & “Finance” department time to time.
  • Make online schedule for client.
  • MIS updating & maintaining for all valuable records.
  • Maintains supplies by checking items; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; items.
