Preparationand execution of business plan and developing strategies to up sell and crosssell in the clientele. Accountable for prioritizing accounts with multiplerequirements. Accountable for client identification, client development, &interaction for promoting business and providing manpower services to allcategories in junior middle senior levels. Meeting clients and understandingtheir business and objectives.

Responsiblefor timely updating of analytics and communication to reporting managers and management. DesiredSkills Proficiency in client identification, client development, & managingthe existing relationships. Excellent communication skills with pleasingpersonality

Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Good presentationskills, must be able to make & deliver presentations. Must be independentand a self starter and have high risk taking capabilities. Working Days: 6 Daysa week 2 nd and 4 th Saturday fix off Job Nature: Full Time. Job Timing: 10:00AM to 7:00 PM.
