Primary interface for client communications (Requests by phone, mail, ticketing)

Provide monitoring of, and L1 support for, Network, Windows, Linux, Databases in Enterprise Environment

Working on standard ITIL based processes, incident management, change management and problem management processes. 

Interact with customers for ticket logging and initial troubleshooting.

Creating and maintaining support documentation & checklist and knowledge base repository.

Support Operations: Meet 24/7 & On Call requirements during shift rotations.

Handson Experience in Using of Industry standard monitoring and ticketing tools like Nagios, Jira, and sensu.

L2 / L3 / Vendor Coordination/ Following up with L2 / L3 / Vendors for Call Resolution.

Looking for individuals with enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.

Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
