1. Proficient experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
2. Strong design style, including creative design solutions.
3. Should be a mackup and graphic design expert, with expertise in Adobe especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver etc.
4. Should have a strong sense of visual design, with an eye for simple-to-use interfaces.
5. Php, Mysql, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Jquery, JSON & Ajax Basic database admin (MySQL) via PHP MyAdmin is must.
6. Plugin installation and configuration.
7. Experience of responsive design techniques.
8. Strong experience building HTML/CSS across the major browsers.
