Qualification - B Tech / BE from premier institute in CS, IT, EXTC.
Experience - 8 to 14 years
Age Limit - 40 Years Max.

1.Operation and Maintenance of IT Services and Support across the locations
2.IT Support and Service Desk Management, Performance Monitoring, Reporting
3.SLA Management - Internal / External
4.IT Assets Management
5.Monitoring and Controlling of Application Management Services Internal and External
6.IT Procurement related to O & M
7.Vendor and Contract Management related to O & M
Collaboration with Finance and Procurement for keeping track of commercial activities
8.Managing team of IT Support and Service Executives
Collaboration with various Business functions for timely resolution of IT Support and Service related issues
9.Defining processes, updating the same and monitoring the compliance in Operations and Maintenance
