Deputy Manager R&D is a Middle Level Management position that involves being in charge of the company's R&D activity and supervising the work of R&D Executives. 


The job role involves the following
1. Understanding the organisation's R&D requirements and formulating a strategy to achieve goals
2. Assigning and Supervising work of R&D Executives
3. Supporting Fermentation by working on experiments that increase yield and addressing any problems they might have
4. Reporting to Head of Fermentation and Director Operations with the findings 
5. Ensuring all Activities are properly documented as per FAMI QS and ISO Protocols
Enterprising Female Candidates preferred. The Candidate must possess the following
• Masters Degree in Microbiology/Bio-chemistry/ Biotechnology
• Minimum of 7 years Work Experience in R&D 
• Experience in handling Enzymes and Probiotics projects
• Good Communication Skills
• Eye for Detail
• Methodical and systematic in R&D work
• Good at Documentation
• Able to encourage R&D executives and bring out the best in them
