Role: 

Business Industrialization Practitioner Role Description : Support the communication of Accenture Technology Labs Software Engineering Innovations (ATL-SE) across DCN Globally. As a result of introducing new Assets and Tools they help projects to adopt them in their day to day work becoming more efficient and productive. This role works closely with the OGs (FS, CMT, Products, H&PS and Resources) to leverage them within Delivery and it might get involved in the Sales Process as a differentiator

Years of Experience: 3 Years 

Mandatory skills: 

* Experience on minimum 2 Salesforce.com 

* Experience designing, coding, and implementing APEX code (Triggers, Classes, Components, etc), Visualforce components, and SQL statements. 

* Experience designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations 

* Good knowledge of Salesforce.com and prior experience adapting it to various business needs. * Good Oral and Written communication and collaboration skills. 

* Good team player and ability to take stretch engagements. 

* Familiarity with project tools and methodologies 

* A self-starter proven ability to manage own time and work with minimal direction, demonstrating self-direction and resourcefulness 

* Timely escalation of Risks and Issues. 

* Status Reporting
