Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for the business in Retail unit.
• Responsible for enquiries/ walk-ins’ and their conversion/Closure.
• Maintain college/institution database and send mailers to increase business in business unit.
• Responsible for Collection Follow up on registrations.
• Initiate promotional activities to increase foot falls in the retail unit.
• Maintain branch report on training sessions, promotional activities, updation / new technology in market on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.
• Ensure timely scheduling of training sessions and timely feedback from the students.
• Ensure that post training course ware is handed over to the student.
• Carry out weekly/Monthly evaluation of trainers based on their technology updation, training quality, performance and presentation.
• Ensure regularity & dress code of trainers; provide good infrastructure for training & lab sessions.
• Cross check promotion measures and training schedule in other branches.
• Update on various training course and their price in market.
• Plan weekly In-house seminars on various topics as per the need of the day.
• Collect and build a database through various means like planning for college seminars/ In-plant trainings/Industrial visits etc.
