Job Description:

No of OpenPositions: 80 Nos.

Designation                      :CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)
Location                           : Nungambakkam (Cathedral Garden Road), Chennai
Work Schedules               : 6 days a week

Shifts                               :Rotational {No Night Shifts}
Compensation                  : 95,578 P.A. - 1,25,580 P.A. with performance based incentive.

Qualification                      : 12th pass / 10+ 3yrs Diploma / Any Graduate / UG.

 

 

Skill Set

 

*Need to be fluent in one regional languages {Tamil / Hindi /Kannada}

*Good / Excellent English communication skill to be required

*Willing to work in Voice process
* Proficiency in computers with understanding of telecomm
* Self-Confident, objection handling skills, customer centric, flexible forshifts.
* Compensation best in the industry
* Fresher’s & (0 – 1 year) Experienced

*Immediate joiners preferable
