• Experience in working in an international environment
• Work experience or academic background in retail, e-commerce, catalog development, and Web/Internet
• A technical background would be helpful.
• Extremely internet savvy
• Someone who shops online or looks for deals online would be a plus

Qualifications :

• Good command on English languages
• Atleast 3-5 years of KPO experience.
• Smart, Confident and very good client facing personality
• Should possess good analytical skills

Skills & Responsibilities :

• Collect and generate extensive data by self and with optimum use of the allotted team
• Conduct in-depth analysis in order to give timely reports to key stakeholders within and outside the team
• Gain expertise of particular categories of the client’s retail business and develop a consulting acumen in self and in the allotted team
• Interfacing regularly with senior managers and collaborating with onsite team, account management, and his/her own team to serve the client’s requirements
• Take important decisions based on factual data and numbers in conjunction with the senior managers and analyze the impact of the same on client’s business
• The organization will be relying on you to draw sound business conclusions from disparate data
• Proficiency with data compilation and analysis software such as Access, Excel, Excel Macros in order to translate raw data into usable reports and top level reports
• Demonstrated technical expertise through past experience and ability to hit the ground running with respect to contributing to the building of new product types for the client
• Ability to deliver under stringent timelines and requirements of the client
• Eye for details and ability to QA the whole team’s work proficiently
• Ability to take up the onus of his/her team’s performance and the impact it will have on client satisfaction
