Senior Business Analyst - Busines Intelligence in chennai to Manage stakeholder engagement with business teams to help define and drive the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop expertise on business processes, life-cycles, and data drivers to recommend data driven solutions and drive requirement discussions
Responsible for communicating progress & issues related to larger projects, working with support teams to update the business.
Liaison to stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the business function, and to recommend and deliver Reporting and Analytics solutions that enable the business function to achieve its goals.
Prototype reports and dashboards to get users engaged and excited about BI solutions
Supports the development of training material, participate in the implementation, and provides post-implementation support.
Monitors progress of business requests and keeps stakeholders informed on the progress through periodic meetings.
Requirements and Specifications:
Experienced professional with complete understanding of business and information systems with a minimum 5 years’ experience of customer engagement, data and business intelligence
Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
Customer centric – acting as first line of support to Business Stakeholders
Working business knowledge, ideally with an operational background in either Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Renewals, Customer Advocacy or Global Support)
Demonstrates innovation & thought leadership towards enhancing business value, process improvements and customer impact.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of stakeholders and their analytics requirements along with their information consumption pattern
Demonstrated success working in a fast paced work environment
Ability to work cross functionally, influence appropriately and partner across various functions and at all levels of seniority
Innovative thinker with ability to influence on a strategic level.
Knowledge of Tableau, Business Objects, SAP preferred.
