Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Effectively engage with internal business unit to understand key business requirements and drivers to achieve and exceed program goals 

2. Fully understand the key deliverable's and important issues associated with JD , recruitment, supply contract, and ensure that these are continually worked towards and achieved. 

3. Interact on a regular basis with all the Business Units and coordinate with 8 centers

4. Manage the continuous improvement of the recruitment methodology and function through an ongoing review of current policies and procedures and make recommendation for improvement where identified and appropriate 

5. Be the Recruitment & Resourcing Subject Matter Expert on operational initiatives relating to JD 

6. Responsible for Team Management in terms of retention and development

7. Track and monitor all recruitment activities and participate in co-branding activities 

8. Manage the team performance ensuring success against key recruitment metrics such as:
a. Fill rate 
b. Quality of Hire 
c. Retention new and existing talent 
d. Time to hire 
e. Technology specialist, Applicant Tracking System utilization and optimization 

9. Monthly & Quarterly reporting and project review
