About the internship/job: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Undergo training on instructional system design concepts
2. Conduct training needs analysis
3. Design storyboard for learning materials based on instructional design principles
4. Learn tools to develop e-learning contents
5. Develop the storyboard into an e-learning format
