Job Purpose:

• Complete ownership of providing error-free, highly user-friendly, superior look-&-feel documents to fulfill the need of the user and enhance the organization image of Organisation.

Key Result Areas & Major Activities:

• Create and design necessary documentation templates (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, flow chart),
• Design and create image/picture for better illustration.
• Prepare and format the documents using Companies template.
• Format the document to ensure high level of document readers’ experience (good look-&-feel; high accuracy; ease of reading)
• Write, draw, fine tune, modify documents accurately.
• Edit and Proof Reading the documents.
• Prepare User Manual and brochure for Companies products.
• Draw Architectural diagrams to explain the Application Process
• Learn from requestor to better understand the needs in order to Efficiently fulfill users’ documentation request.
• Maintain accuracy of the documents uploaded in the Documentation Management System (DMS). Focus on detail and accuracy.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

• Complete the request for documentation service on time. Design and use of suitable templates to fulfill the request. Accurate description, format, diagram, work flow, grammar when preparing document.
• Highly flexible to efficiently execute assigned tasks and urgent request. Accurate, error-free document writing.

Qualifications and Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor of Art (preferred) – Excellent Written and Spoken English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point , Adobe Frame Maker, RoboHelp, SnagIT
• Good knowledge and skill in other editing tools
• 6 months to 3 years experience as documentation writer preferred
• Fresher with good skill in documentation tools is welcome
