Soffront is looking for a technical writer to create and maintain end-to-end documentation for Soffront’s CRM product lines.
The candidate is required to create and maintain product manuals, online help, product marketing materials, and web/blog content.
The candidate must have:
- 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation, including user guides and product training materials for a CRM/ERP or similar enterprise product.
- Proven ability to translate technical data and complex business functions for customers and end users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Publisher, Wordpress, and graphics editors like Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in end user training and product usability/UX analysis is a plus.
- Experience in marketing content writing is a plus.
Preference will be given to the candidates who can join at a short notice.

Joining: Immediate.
Salary: Negotiable and on time.
5days working, Saturday-Sunday fixed week
