Experience :4 to 6 yrs

Bachelors degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar

4-6 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Business/Financial Analyst or Systems Analyst

Excellent ability using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets; proficient in SQL, RedShift, and ETL.

Proven analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses

Capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction; self-starter even when assignments are vague or undefined

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences, both business and technical teams

Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.

Creative in finding new solutions/designing innovative methods, systems, and processes
