- Understanding the customer needs and presenting the Product of the Company as per their needs.
- Generating leads from existing customers.
- Generate enquiries for residential by corporate presentations.
- Sending & replying to email inquiry of New clients.
- Handling walk-in clients at office & Projects.
- Establishing healthy business relations with customers, clients & external associates (Brokers etc.) for securing repeat business & long term customer loyalty and working too.
- Site visits with the customer to give them idea about future developments.
- Relationship Management by assuring proper follow-up of the clients till final closing.
- Should be Target Driven and self-motivates
Desired Candidates Profile:
1. 1-5 yrs experience required.
2. Communication skills - verbal and written (Telugu, Hindi, English)
3. Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients.
4. Sales oriented, Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked for.
