Job Description:

The Inside Sales Specialists key task will be to focus on setting meetings for Field Sales in the US market. 
Cold Calling
The Inside Sales Specialists will be mapped to a specific GEO / Vertical of CSS Corp and will focus on selling / setting meetings for the Sales persons with influencer / decision maker of the Potential Prospect (Client).
The Inside Sales Specialist role is a Customer facing (C-levels, Directors, VP's) over phone. 
The Inside Sales Specialists should be aware of IT technologies and the typical IT challenges that CXO's have to deal with. 
The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to articulate CSS Corps Services/Solutions message and positioning to the target customers and help sales in winning new business and achieve personal KRA's set. 

Primary Job Functions: 

Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities for CSS Corp in the assigned accounts / territory. 
Maintain a consistent and accurate sales lead pipeline. 
Work as the overlay techno-commercial expert.
Build credibility of the organization with the customers for CSS Corp's Services.
Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in the specific SBU. 
Ability to use CRM to manage activities in leads/accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience:

SELF-STARTER, HUNTER a MUST.
Experience in positioning Support Services to the US market
1 -  6 years of experience in core BD. 
Good written and oral communication skills.
