Job Profile:
- You will be responsible to build excellent customer relationship and ensure each registered customer’s data is complete and accurate.
- Understand the needs of Walk-in Customers,customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services and inbound and outbound calls.
- Upkeep of the retail infrastructure, billing, accounting payments and up-gradations.
- Conducting B.T.L activities in market, for example, conducting Road shows, placing stalls in malls, participating in exhibitions, and distribution of leaflets, in-house public awareness campaigns and similar sorts of Outdoor Marketing.
Requirements:
1.Good Communication skill
2.mini 10th qualification
3.Minimum 6 months experience
4.Sales Experience
